            <title>Nero 9 downloaded upgrade</title>

  &lt;p &gt;Hi bought the Nero 9 download upgrade. It has completely altered things on my computer, it&apos;s taken over my default settings, I change them back to what they were and they just change back again. I decided I didn&apos;t want the program so asked Nero to revoke my order, customer services e-mailed me back within hours and said I could not get a refund just because I didn&apos;t like the program It stated in their terms and conditions e-mail that I could do this within 2 weeks without giving a reason..copied and pasted the terms and conditions and sent it to them...guess what?...I&apos;ve heard nothing from them...are they going to wait until the 2 weeks is up and then tell me I am too late?&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p &gt;I will never buy anything from this company again or recommend them.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
