Oh ya, drivers with the designation N (NOVICE). Do you ever hear of a novice doctor or lawyer, maybe even a brain surgeon? NO! This is one of the stupidest designations I ever heard of!! Plus 95% of the drivers who have it....SUCK big time as drivers!!! They never follow the rules of the road...speed, don't use turn signals...and yes....tailgate!! If one can't drive with some sort of intelligance then...GET OFF THE FRICKIN' ROAD!!!
