Did someone get the recent offer of Photoshop Deluxe 5 free with Nero 8 purchase???

I did not get the Photoshop Deluxe even when I instantly paid w/credit card. The download does not included Photshop.

Did anyone have such a problem???

When is a special offer not a special offer?

When it's offered to a loyal Nero customer.

I bought Nero 6 retail some years ago and upgraded to Nero 7 premium online a year or so ago.

So, how much to upgrade to Nero 8? I enter my serial number and it will cost me €47.99 (£33.44 UK).

Have just installed Nero 7 Essentials for a friend (free version bundled with some OEM drive). Guess how much the upgrade is offered for when you click the flashing icon? Yes, €47.99.

So someone who paid nothing for their Nero gets the same "special offer" as someone who has bought the last two versions.

Thanks Nero!

Clarification Needed for Recent Offer --> Nero PhotoShow Deluxe 5 is almost here...

In an attempt to take advantage of your Nero's emailing preorder offer per subject line the associated WEB link offers what appears to be conflicting information.

It implies that there are two individual offers (Deluxe package Only @$24.99) or the (Deluxe Package with the Combo Pack @$39.99), however, if you click the combo pack upgrade it calculates both packages and it appears you would get Deluxe 5 SW twice.

I’ve contacted Nero via email <'retail-support@nero.com'; 'techsupport@nero.com'; 'marketing@nero.com'> and after two weeks received an answer that had nothing to do with my original question. It had to do with DVD-R and using a brand-name quality source DVD. Links https://webshop.nerophotoshow.com/cgi-bin/cart/reg=US?ID=220593&EDS=YES and https://webshop.nerophotoshow.com/cgi-bin/cart/reg=US?ID=220603&EDS=YES details the Combo Pack Upgrade which includes the Deluxe 5 application software and is not just a standalone combo… Is this correct ? Can anyone help in this clarification ?
