Gestern hat mich ein Freund mit der Nase auf Pigeon Impossible gestoßen. Da ich Trick- und Kurzfilme liebe habe ich mir diesen Streifen sofort angeschaut. Inzwischen habe ich ihn mehr als fünf mal gesehen und ich bin immer noch begeistert.

Von mir bekommt der Autor Lucas Martell für dieses Werk auf jeden Fall ein silbernes Lob am grünen Band. Euch kann ich nur empfehlen: Anschauen!

HOw to burn movies on DVD using nero?

Hello folks!

I tried burining 4 movies total 2.8 GB on a balnk 4.6 GB DVD using nero 9. But it fails to burn and then th DVD becomes useless. Can somebody please guide me? Am I doing it in a wrong way?

I had previously made a movie of pictures and data along with music background on Windows Movie Maker, and I made a data DVD, but it only can be seen on the computer. I'm needing advise on how to burn to a DVD and be able to watch it on TV thru DVD player. All the instructions are very confusiong to me.

NEW to Nero 8 Ultra Edition... NEED HELP!

I just purchased Nero 8 UE and i installed it on my new vista laptop.

My issue is that when i drag and drop my movie folders to showtime 4, they dont play like they used to play on my XP desktop with Nero Showtime CE.

Using CE, i would just drag the Video_TS folder on top of the Showtime desktop icon and boom... there goes the movie.

I am trying to do the same thing with showtime 4 and nothing, the opens, but its all black. when i drag the .VOB files, then those play, but the other files inside the folder are not working.

anyone had these issues also or is it just me. i guess i dont know what i am doing.

So, the NeroDude loves movies. I said it straight out. It's true. Unfortunately, I totally missed this AWESOME-looking film when it came to theaters here in the States, but I will be grabbing the DVD as soon as it comes out. If you can see it on a big screen in your town, however, I highly recommend doing so -- at least, from what I can tell from this trailer. Check it out:

Save web videos as DVD or MP4 with Nero Vision 5 in Nero 8 Ultra.

Nero Vision can now handle FLV Flash video files. This is the file type commonly used to display videos on the web. Simply load the FLV file into Nero Vision and either burn it as a DVD or use the Export button to convert it to MP4 to play on your phone/PC or whatever.

Web movie files are typically found in a directory something like C:\Documents and Settings\ZingZog\Local Settings\Temp (yours probably doesn't say ZingZog) and may have the .flv file extension or a name like fla5C.tmp. If you have just opened the movie in your web browser, it will be near the top of the list if you list the files on modified date in explorer.

Copy the file to some other place (it will disappear when you navigate away from the movie in your browser). You may need to use a tool that can copy open files (Nero Backitup can do that for you!)

Rename the file to something.flv and load it in Nero Vision as described above.

By the way, Recode doesn't do FLV so you will have to use Nero Vision for this.

burning DVD's

I need help!

I tried to burn a movie I made with movie maker it is in a wmv format. Nero said I could not burn a DVD using DVD+R I needed CD-R. Why can't I burn a DVD for play back on a TV?

Any ideas?

Movie maker: crash just befor bruning.

Not for the insect queamish but another miracle of Mother Nature.

A Cicada shedding its shell. I saw this and took macro photos Monday evening.

Then I took my daughters out to see it. They were both thrilled. They find empty Cicada shells often but had never seen anything like this. I showed this to my wife and she said she had never seen this happen before. (She used to work for the park district and had seen a great many things.)

As some of you know, I am a big fan of the movies so I thought I would start a monthly blog of my top picks in USA theaters. Some will be obvious others will be off the path. To be sure they won't be snooty critic's choices. These picks are only intended to offer advice for those who might be stuck making a choice. Your opinions may differ of course.

I have to give you my June Pick since it’s too good to pass up.
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End: It’s everything I expected. Awesome flick.

Ok so here are Mrchuck's JULY's Picks:

#1. Diehard 4 (Live Free or Die Hard): Bruce is back and he hits the mark with ease. I love the Die Hard series and #4 stands strong with the rest. A must see for DIEHARD FANS. AGE GROUP: 15 and up. trailer

#2. Ratatouille: Its pixar and its better than "Cars". Better story, more organic characters really help. Best AGE GROUP: "8 and up" trailer (great for adults too)

#3. TRANSFORMERS: Its Michael Bay. Best Age Group: 12 and up. trailer

Remarks: Megatron not enough screen time, Ending a little silly, parts were really good.

#4. Knocked up: is the sleeper. An intelligent comedy that goes beyond "romance-comedy traditions" and offers some very real characters and some interesting situations that married folks can relate to. A film squarely aimed at guys, women trying to understand guys, and guys trying to understand their role in relationships. A story about babies, pregnancy, parenthood, commitment, Putter her before yourself, and a lot more. It’s a comedy but it’s more. Check it out if you liked 40 yr old virgin. Age Group: 18 and up.

Each year, my wife (the naturalist) raises a few butterflies from a catapillar-state and releases them into her garden. The butterflies imprint on her garden.

My wife cares for the catapillar providing the proper food and helping it achieve its goal.

In this process she also teaches our daughters how to be respectful of nature and the earth.

The same day it emerges, the butterfly is carefully taken to the garden and released.

Here you see our young daughter experiencing this miracle for the 1st time.

Nero vision - Bluring pixels

Does anybody Edit DVD movies from a Sony DVD camcorder?

After finalinzing a DVD movie in my SONY cam, I import the DVD into Nero Vision ..make a movie. When the movie is played in make a movie, the movie is blured. If there is any movement during the filming of the movie in the SONY camcorder, the pixels are blured in Nero when watching and editing. I thought it might just be in the editing of the movie and Burned it to DVD thru Nero vision and tryed to play it in my dvd player. It was still blurring. I also put my SONY DVD disc into the DVD player and it worked fine.... No bluring of the pixels.

In order to go around this, I have been recoding video to nero digital.

and importing the movie back into Nero Vision, make a movie.

After recoding video, it works fine. I find after recoding, the quality

lost.

640x480 AVC encoder for iPod, where?

Is there any good AVC encoder that encodes @ 640x480 for the iPod? The Nero encoder is taking too much time to come out.
