Nero 8 and Nero Photoshop Deluxe offer

Did someone get the recent offer of Photoshop Deluxe 5 free with Nero 8 purchase???

I did not get the Photoshop Deluxe even when I instantly paid w/credit card. The download does not included Photshop.

Did anyone have such a problem???

Hi , I am a nero 7 user , with my original instal of nero 7 from a retail disk , there was included a program called nero photoshow , cant remember the version , think it may have been 4 .

after my first update the program was gone , but as I recall available on the nero site , now I have what I think likely to be the last update , and can not seem to find this program , I am thinking it is part of my nero purchase and that it should still be available to me , but I can not seem to locate it .

I would rather purchase the photoshow deluxe version , but for a guy who does not have a credit card that could prove problematic... I do rather wish the nero would distribute such extras to the retail stores that carry nero ultra versions .

any suggestions to either problem would be apreciated ....

Spring is here. Only one more snow storm. The St. Lawrence Seaway is open and the shipping is headed your way Gilley........and Nero Dude, I don't know much about basketball, but ice hockey just finished in early June and you guys won it all. Installation issues (PhotoShow)

I love Nero, I've used Nero 7 Ultra for a while and it's great!

But, I purchased PhotoShow 4 Deluxe, with a free upgrade to PhotoShow 5 Deluxe as a download from Nero, and I haven't been able to install either program.

Anyone else having installation issues?

Everytime I start the installation, it downloads the big file (about 39 Mb) and then a window pops up saying the Installation failed and that I should start again. I start again and the same things happens.

I have XP 2.

I've been on tech support for about a month, and they haven't been able to help. They suggested that I turn off my anti-virius software, but that didn't help.

Please help if you can, I'm getting desperate. I have some slide shows I have to make for a family re-union and time is running out!

Clarification Needed for Recent Offer --> Nero PhotoShow Deluxe 5 is almost here...

In an attempt to take advantage of your Nero's emailing preorder offer per subject line the associated WEB link offers what appears to be conflicting information.

It implies that there are two individual offers (Deluxe package Only @$24.99) or the (Deluxe Package with the Combo Pack @$39.99), however, if you click the combo pack upgrade it calculates both packages and it appears you would get Deluxe 5 SW twice.

I’ve contacted Nero via email <'retail-support@nero.com'; 'techsupport@nero.com'; 'marketing@nero.com'> and after two weeks received an answer that had nothing to do with my original question. It had to do with DVD-R and using a brand-name quality source DVD. Why not a contact database in Nero's Products?

It would be great if a contacts database could be created so that my long list of email contacts can be imported into Nero Vision and PhotoShow Deluxe programs. That definitely helps to share my video and photoshow productions efficiently with groups of persons. It's too out-dated having to type in email addresses one-by-one. This feature is available in almost all other photo sharing sites over the internet these days. Much appreciated for a serious consideration. Cheers!
