Disappointed in Nero 9

I am extremely disappointed in my purchase of Nero 9 Unloaded. The darn thing won't even allow me to completely install the software. The only thing that works on it is back it up. I can't burn or recode or anything else. I feel that my money was a waste. When I ask for tech support I get some long drawn out explanation that does not even make sense with the same results every time. Anyone else running into this problem and has a solution please let me know.

As a piece of software Nero 9 is brilliant but as with all new pieces of software it does have flaws but the instaltion is slow. the features are great though

Determine that you, in fact, have the rights to copy the DVD for your own personal use. It is not legal to copy DVD's for any and all purposes.
